Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Extensive knowledge of Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus product in all areas.
Must have experience in IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IIB 9.0 and IBM WebSphere MQ, Experience with WebSphere Adapters, patterns, ESQL, DFDL,XML, XSLT mapping and usage of SOAP,HTTP and JMS protocols.
Process/Application improvements, Periodic reporting and tracking.
Application monitoring, Incident & Problem management and Application Development, Defect fixing, Implementation support.
