Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Sales
- Provide detailed information about jewelry pieces, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and collections.
Operational Support
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the showroom.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including securing valuable items.
Qualifications
1.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail sector.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge
- Understanding of jewelry types, precious metals, gemstones, and related care.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in gemology or sales is a plus.
