Description
Coordinate and manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the director, managing their correspondence, calls, and inquiries, both for professional and personal matters.
- Assist in managing personal and professional expenses, ensuring timely submission of receipts and reimbursement claims.
- Manage personal tasks and errands for the director, such as travel arrangements, reservations, and personal appointments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.

₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
