About Solar LadderSolar Ladder is a Fullstack Supply Chain platform for Solar Installers providing Software (SaaS), Financing & Procurement and 3D Design solutions to solar installers. We, at Solar Ladder, are seeking Field Sales executives to join our team.

The team members will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting our solar financing solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Essential Skills and Experience

02 years of experience in field sales
Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong understanding of loan sales
Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the solar loans division.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.
Conduct targeted prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Conduct onsite visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to customers' requirements and preferences.
Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and drive sales opportunities.
