Role & responsibilities
Job Profile
- Ensure that the company complies with all current business process laws.
- Create and draft agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other legal documents.
- To draft Charge sheet
- To make agreement for settlement
- To make Draft for Contact of Senior staff above 60 years
- To make HR Policy for the company
- To make representation for any legal matter
- Capability to devise proactive and defensive legal strategies.
- Indepth knowledge of administrative law and procedures
- Good organisational, prioritisation and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Provided legal support to management/staff, litigation management.
- Reviewed credit documentations drafted legal documents for the bank loans.
- Draft Agreement, contract, powers of attorney.
- Successfully responded to all legal correspondences involving the company.
- Effectively resolved legal questions and issues related to employment and business operations and practices.
