Role & responsibilities
Job Profile

  • Ensure that the company complies with all current business process laws.
  • Create and draft agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other legal documents.
  • To draft Charge sheet
  • To make agreement for settlement
  • To make Draft for Contact of Senior staff above 60 years
  • To make HR Policy for the company
  • To make representation for any legal matter
  • Capability to devise proactive and defensive legal strategies.
  • Indepth knowledge of administrative law and procedures
  • Good organisational, prioritisation and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Provided legal support to management/staff, litigation management.
  • Reviewed credit documentations drafted legal documents for the bank loans.
  • Draft Agreement, contract, powers of attorney.
