Front office executive in Baywatch Resort

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, registering them upon arrival.
  • Process reservations, assigning rooms efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage room inventory and rates, ensuring availability and accuracy.
  • Collect payments, following proper cash handling procedures.
  • Issue room keys and handle key control measures.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Resolve guest issues effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the front desk area.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and processing mail.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
