Operations Assistant Requirements

  • Work secondincommand to the Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
  • Assist the Manager with operational issues.
  • Prompt answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with venders.
  • Prepare and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Take inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Update logs and order forms.
  • Analyze all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Must have two and four wheeler License

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
