Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Identify potential customers and market segments that require PVC pipes.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Advise customers on the appropriate PVC pipe specifications and installation methods based on their requirements.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and new technologies related to PVC pipes.
Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, address issues, and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the customer base and promote PVC pipes.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the PVC pipe industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining longterm relationships.
  • Resultoriented with a selfmotivated and proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
