Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visual materials:

Develop creative and innovative designs, graphics, and layouts for various media channels, including websites, social media platforms, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.


Collaborate with clients or creative directors: Understand client requirements, objectives, and branding guidelines to create design solutions that meet their needs.

Collaborate with clients or creative directors throughout the design process, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.

Concept development:

Brainstorm and develop design concepts, ideas, and visual strategies that effectively communicate the desired message and engage the target audience.


Graphic production:
Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality digital and print-ready graphics. Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and adhere to brand guidelines.

Image editing and retouching:
Manipulate and enhance photographs and images to improve their quality, composition, and visual impact. Perform image retouching, color correction, and resizing as required.

Typography and layout design:
Select appropriate fonts, typography styles, and layouts to create visually balanced and aesthetically pleasing designs. Ensure readability and legibility in text-heavy designs.

Illustration and iconography:
Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics that visually communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Print production coordination:
Collaborate with printers and other external vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of print materials. Prepare and deliver print-ready files, considering print specifications and requirements.

Time and project management:
Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Coordinate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of design projects.


Qualifications:

Education:
A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience or a relevant design portfolio may be accepted.

Proficient in design software:
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), is essential.

Creativity and artistic ability:
Demonstrated creativity and artistic flair through a strong portfolio of diverse design projects. Ability to generate unique and visually compelling concepts and designs.

Strong visual and communication skills:
Excellent visual and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually. Ability to understand and interpret client briefs and incorporate feedback.

Attention to detail:
Meticulous attention to detail in design work, including typography, color selection, and layout composition. Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in final designs.

Time management and organization:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration and teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, creative directors, and other team members. Openness to feedback and willingness to make revisions as necessary.

Adaptability and flexibility:
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a dynamic and evolving industry.
