    Description

    Job Title: Duck Creek Insights Developer


    Company: InnovateInsights



    Key Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Designing and developing data extraction logic from Duckcreek Policy, Billing, and Claims to Insights module.
    • Understanding data/reporting requirements from business and DWH team.
    • Designing technical solutions to meet business and compliance needs.
    • Estimating delivery solutions and timelines.
    • Conducting unit-level testing of data models.
    • Fixing development defects within defined TAT.
    • Complying with information security requirements and closing NC's.
    • Deploying developed code to live environments and guiding developers.
    • Updating dashboard reports and taking proactive actions to address delays.
    • Coordinating with vendors, internal IT, Infra, Information security teams, and auditors.
    Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
    • In-depth understanding of the General Insurance industry and terminologies.
    • Minimum 3 years of General Insurance experience working on Duck Creek Insights module.
    • Experience with SQL Server/Oracle DB, XML, SSIS packages, and SQL Jobs scheduling.
    • Proficiency in writing complex queries for reports and Excel.
    Key Competencies:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Fast learner.
    • Effective coordination and negotiation skills.
