Description

1. Maintain batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), Equipment and General Logbooks and ensure environment condition of running machines as per process requirement.

2. Monitoring availability of RM/ PM for uninterrupted production.

3. Monitoring correct procedure and control the parameters as per process validation.

4. Responsible for proper maintenance of department.

5. To observe the manufacturing of syrup section.
