CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) - Post Sales - Construction Company
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact after the sales process.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and concerns to effectively address their inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth project handover from sales to execution phases.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and milestones to proactively address any issues that may arise.
Issue Resolution:
- Handle and resolve client concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Client Communication:
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any relevant changes.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions that align with clients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore crossselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience and satisfaction with our services.
- Utilize feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall client experience.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, interactions, and communications.
- Generate regular reports on client engagement, issues, and satisfaction levels.
Client Retention Strategies:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and foster longterm partnerships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings that may impact client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities to address client concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
