CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) - Post Sales
- Construction Company


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact after the sales process.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and concerns to effectively address their inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Project Coordination:


  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth project handover from sales to execution phases.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and milestones to proactively address any issues that may arise.

Issue Resolution:


  • Handle and resolve client concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.

Client Communication:


  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any relevant changes.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:


  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions that align with clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore crossselling opportunities within existing client accounts.

Feedback Collection:


  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience and satisfaction with our services.
  • Utilize feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall client experience.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, interactions, and communications.
  • Generate regular reports on client engagement, issues, and satisfaction levels.

Client Retention Strategies:


  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations.

Market Insights:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings that may impact client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities to address client concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
