Job Responsibilities:

  • Adapting to CRM
  • Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
  • Counsel students for a career path in fashion deisgning and affiliated streams
  • Assisting students in the admission process, admission test and fee collection
  • Calling students from a given database for lead generation
  • Database Management overlooking
  • Extraction of data from the back end and data sorting as per the company needs
  • Manage direct parent or student inquiry handling and also manage telephonic inquiry handling.
  • Objection Handling
  • Strong followups with interested students
  • Reach Weekly Sales Target
  • Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for shorter courses
  • SMS copywriting
  • Whatsapp Sales Communication

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • 03 years of work experience

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chandigarh , Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
