Experience:

Minimum 3 years in car sales


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide professional advice on suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the latest models, specifications, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
  • Assist customers with financing options, warranty packages, and other relevant services, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Coordinate vehicle test drives, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and providing support throughout the process.
  • Handle documentation and paperwork related to vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Sound knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per showroom schedules.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
