Field Sales Representative responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver valueadding solutions.
- Generate new business by prospecting, networking.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
- Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and uptodate customer information on the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gain insight into the market and expand the company's reach.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Resultsdriven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Pay:
₹20,000.00 per month
