Job descriptionJob description***- Repair & maintenance of welding equipment and linked products (e.g. pipeline full welding solution) on-site at the customers and on vaBW premise

• Installation & updates of welding software
• Hotline & Troubleshooting related to After Sales & Repair
• Remote as well as onsite technical consulting
• Coordination, management and answering of all kind of customer (endcustomers as well as distributors) requests related to after sales & repair (e.g. warranty claims / out of warranty repair requests / etc.)
• Regional claim management
• Management of local spare parts stock for Böhler equipment and full welding solutions
• Communication and consulting with service & repair competence center in Italy (technical & commercial)
• Implementation of equipment after sales & repair strategy and process in India (spare parts management, refunding, machine repair, warranty, etc.)
• Support after sales & repair controlling activities and provide market feedback (technical requirements, product quality, commercial)
• Organization and execution of technical trainings for customers and internal staff
• Coordinate, manage & maintain service & repair tools
• Support EQ Line Manager with leads for new equipment enquiries

**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***Diploma Or Degree in Electronics Engineering with relevant 5+ years of experience as service technician/ engineer for welding machines.

Has good knowledge of power electronics / PCB.

Good command over english and hindi language.
