Description
Troubleshooting technical issues.Network (LAN/Wireless) Device Installation & Troubleshooting. Knowledge on OS's like (Win7,10, Win Server 2012/16).
Knowledge of web hosting, Active Directory
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
Speaking to Users to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Troubleshooting different hardware issues related to hardware, software or networking.
Maintaining & Repairing the Computers.
Installing Software and Hardware.
Knowledge of network technologies i.e. VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN.
Keeping a record of all IT equipment.
Experience in a ERP & Firewall.
Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
