Openings for the position of NDR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Excellent communication (Calls/mails) and problemsolving skills
- Tracking daily dispatched shipments to ensure all shipments are getting delivered on a given TAT
- Tracking and reporting delayed shipments with reasons
- Helping customers/callers with our productrelated queries
- Communicating with logistic vendors to close maximum waybill numbers
- Noida Sec 63(WFO)
