As a Data Curator specializing in Influencer Marketing at Epigroww Global, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our campaigns by leveraging data insights to identify, evaluate, and optimize influencer partnerships.

You will work closely with our marketing teams to ensure that our influencer strategies align with client objectives and deliver tangible results.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to gather insights on audience demographics, engagement metrics, and trends within the influencer landscape.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to optimize influencer selection, content strategy, and campaign performance.
  • Influencer Identification and Evaluation:
  • Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with client brand values, target demographics, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive profiles of potential influencers, including audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand affinity.
  • Campaign Strategy and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer campaigns, making datadriven adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, acting as a liaison between influencers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and compensation terms with influencers while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Industry Research and Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and data analytics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within our influencer marketing strategies, driving continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the digital marketing or influencer marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a passion for driving impactful marketing outcomes through datadriven strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
