Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurate and timely entry of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Documentation:
Creating, organizing, and maintaining documents, records, and files.
Scheduling:
Managing appointments, meetings, and calendars for team members or supervisors.
Reporting:
Generating reports, summaries, and other documents as required by the management.
Coordination:
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Research:
Conducting research and gathering information as needed.
Administrative Support:
Providing support to colleagues and supervisors with administrative tasks.
Quality Control:
Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies as they arise.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
