Summary:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products/services, handle inquiries, and generate sales or appointments.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects.
  • Introduce company offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs.
  • Maintain call records.
  • Achieve call and sales targets.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Persuasive and patient demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:


  • Officebased.
  • Flexible hours may be required.
  • Performance monitored based on call metrics.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
