Your responsibilities
You should ensure that your department/work area is effective for your customers and cost-efficient for your store.
You can handle complaints and claims efficiently and with empathy along with payments in an efficient, accurate and friendly way.
You always aim to create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
actively work towards fulfilling the four tasks of the store i.e., act as a highly efficient, and staffed, sales mechanism, show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas, serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist and provide a day out for the whole family.
- You are helpful and friendly in my approach to your customers, always aiming for a winwin situation and for repeat business. Your priority is to ensure your work space is effectively equipped at all times throughout the day and ready and available to help customers when needed.
- You have the knowledge, confidence and desire to resolve customer complaints and to make the buying process as easy as possible for our customers. You deal positively and quickly with any issues they raise.
- You know the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given to you by your manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan and have an overview of the store action plan and understand how the Customer Relations action plan supports this.
- You value other colleague's ways of working and I learn from those who work differently to me because I understand we are most effective when we work together and amplify each other's efforts.
