Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Engage students in active participation and critical thinking through discussions, activities, and projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic development and success.
  • Assess student progress through various methods, including quizzes, exams, essays, and projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, share best practices, and support student achievement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators regarding academic progress, behavior, and other relevant matters.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in education, English language arts, and pedagogy through professional development opportunities and independent research.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Teaching certification/license (if applicable) from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience teaching English at the middle school, high school, or college level.
  • Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, composition, and language arts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Morning shift
