We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and promote our real estate services.In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to site tours and contract execution.
Additionally, you will be expected to proactively seek out opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing and prospective clients through meaningful and professional communication.
- Track customer interactions and manage leads.
- Forecast sales targets and develop strategies for closing deals.
- Stay abreast of new listings and pricing adjustments in the local market.
- Timely followup with customers
- Maintaining customer information in the company database
Requirements:
- Must have 6 Month experience in Real Estate
- Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
