Customer

Assist the Team Lead to carry out relevant assigned work & providing resolution to the customers.

Shipping Bill Team

Provide services to the shipping bill team by sharing SB V copies to the customer.

Clearance of pending SB copies of previous months.

Preparing complete month wise data of customers.

Managing activities & work on common mailbox.

Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each customers unique requirements while adhering to DHL policies.

E-way Bill Team

Provide services to the gateways by providing Trip sheets.

Clearing errors of Part A & Part B on DHL portal.

Preparing complete productivity & sharing with the respective team & stakeholders.

Managing activities & work of common mailbox.

Regular working on Non-contact delivery mails task without miss.

DHL Customer

Validation of (Approve/ Reject) the SB copies & Trip sheets,

Clearance of pending cases or errors &
Quality check of the activity performed.

Process


Shipping Bill Process:


  • Team lead will provide the CSBV data to all the members.
Working on the CSBV file & preparing customer wise data.

Providing SB copies & data with respective customer.

Clearance pending cases.

Responding to customer mails with their requirements.

Any Adhoc Activities as and when required as per process requirement.


E-way Bill Process:

  • Team lead will monitor activities of Part A & B.
Working 24*7 in rotational shifts.

Providing updated Trip sheet documents as per TAT.

Clearing Errors of Part A & B of EBN.

Responding to mails with their requirements.

Any Adhoc Activities as and when required as per process requirement.

Process Improvement


Highlight areas for improvement, with suggested solutions to improve DHLs procedures, technology and service to positively enhance customers experience with DHL.

People - Management

In case of absence of Team Leader he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

Skills / Qualifications

Key capabilities

Typing skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)

Telephone skills (excellent)

Conflict resolution skills (excellent)

Technical Skills (Telephone systems, Order/Shipment Track & Trace Systems and Order Booking systems preferable)
