Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more.

Hence, the major part is customer support.

So we are looking for the support executive for chat process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.


Roles
& Responsibilities*- Good communication skills in English

  • Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time.
  • Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.
  • Good Typing speed.
  • When required call the customer to resolve the query.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
  • Strong multitasking skills.

Experience
Range - 0 to 2 years


Salary Range- 10K to 14K

Skills
required - Excellent English Verbal & Written Communication Skills


Job Requisite- BPO Experience.


Job Requirement-
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

6 days working with 1 day rotational off
