Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in both Malyalam and Hindi languages.
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries related to computer and network security.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Continuously update knowledge of computer and network security in order to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

Requirements:


  • Must be fluent in Malyalam and Hindi languages.
  • Knowledge of computer and network security.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Positive, cando attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
