Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned Mandates.

Ø Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization from the database, Job-Portals and references.

Ø sourcing the resumes through databanks, job portals and references.
Ø Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.
Ø Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.
Ø Handling requirements of all levels.

Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter ( Non - IT & IT Vertical )

Industry:
Media,Digital Media,Dotcom, Telecom, FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Etc.
