Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process all transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all cash transactions are recorded properly.
- Prepare daily cash statements, credit reports, and auditor reports.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions using the pharmacy's software system, Pharmasoft.
- Update part payment information in the laboratory software system as necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each shift and ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
