As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your primary goal will be to optimize our marketing efforts to fuel the company's growth and increase revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement datadriven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital channels.
Analyze marketing and user data to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and understand industry trends, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities.
Design, content, and development, to create engaging and impactful digital assets, landing pages, and marketing materials.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Use analytics tools and platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Continuously iterate and optimize marketing initiatives based on datadriven insights.
Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies to enhance website authority, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth
Proven work experience as a growth marketer or a similar role, preferably in a B2B industry, with a successful track record of executing effective digital marketing campaigns
