Description

Kondody Hotels and Resorts is hiring for an experienced individual to join our team as an Guest Service Associate(front office).

Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and answering any questions

Should interact with the guest and do the reservation, registration and cashiering

Providing guests with information about the property and surrounding area, including dining options, local attractions and transportation

Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room

Operate telephone switchboard station

Analyze and assess problems.

Education:
U.G/P.G

Experience: 3+ years( Resort experience must)

Salary:
15k to 20k + food & accommodation provide

Wayanad
