About this Role:


What you'll do:


  • Create summarized perspectives from usersourced reviews. Tasks include analyzing usersourced content; organizing and structuring document outline; formatting content; incorporating expert feedback; and coordinating with editors and other stakeholders to ensure its timely publication.
  • Create new research notes from user insights, primary Gartner search and secondary research. Additionally, create contextualized research leveraging existing body of content to suit new roles or perspectives.
  • Curate roleagnostic research notes. Tasks include liaising with research teams; rewriting existing work; drafting edits; and checking facts.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to plan priorities for work, timelines and research collection.
  • Suggest improvements in processes and procedures to optimize work.
  • Undertake continuous, jobrelated training to maintain writing quality levels and improve individual skills.
  • Work on creating multimedia content for Gartner clients, including, but not limited to, infographics, video scripts, etc.

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent
  • 36 years' experience as a professional writer or in a comparable job role
  • Excellent command over English language
  • Ability to express complex and technical ideas in easytounderstand language
  • Knowledge of the AP style will be an added advantage
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and openness to learn and undertake new writing projects
  • Ability to work on multimedia content infographics, video scripts, is a strong plus
