Description
Manage basic activities on dialer like Agent ID management, Vendor management, Data uploading on dialer etc.

  • Ensure all Dialer related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel/departments/vendors.
  • New business setup on dialer as per client's directives (includes service and IVR creation)Monitoring all inbound & outbound services and raising the flag whenever it is necessaryImplementing the defined Dialing strategy to ensure efficient dialing in a blend environmentReviewing the call strategy on a periodical basis and fine tune the same to achieve business targets
  • Maintain Inbound service levels by call centers by monitoring and tracking data on an active real time daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Keep a track of the necessary KPIs and ensure the set benchmarks are achieved Credence Resource Management v2.0
  • Create, maintain and analyze reports on intraday Daily/Hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly basis to monitor performance of strategies implemented across various LOBs
  • Initiatives in terms of better management of the systems by proactive controls/checks to be recommended/rolled out to the Management/Ops team
  • Managing adhoc requests from Operations and line management efficiently
  • Tracking the Dialer downtime, interact with IT actively in troubleshooting the issues

Salary:
Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

  • US shift

Experience:

- dialer: 1 year (preferred)
