Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in addressing enquiries on Indiamart and Trade India, both from Indian and international customers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for payment collection from distributors and Super Stockists based in India.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about our products, services, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their enquiries have been addressed and maintain a strong relationship with them.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, enquiries, and payments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer issues.
  • Collect payments from distributors and Super Stockists based in India using appropriate payment methods and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in customer care practices to continually improve service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer care, call center, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one or more regional languages.
  • Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indiamart, Trade India, or similar B2B platforms is a plus.
  • Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience in payment collection is advantageous.
  • High level of professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹13, ₹18,369.23 per month
