We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer care executive to join our banking team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding their banking inquiries, account information, transactions, and providing excellent service.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, balances, and other banking services.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Educating customers on banking products and services.
  • Processing customer requests, such as account updates, transfers, and payments.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products.
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Requirements:


Minimum qualification :
H.S.C.


  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and continuously learn about banking products and procedures.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
