We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer care executive to join our banking team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding their banking inquiries, account information, transactions, and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, balances, and other banking services.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Educating customers on banking products and services.
- Processing customer requests, such as account updates, transfers, and payments.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification :
H.S.C.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changes and continuously learn about banking products and procedures.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
