The role of a Process Leader is to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time, accurately and completely
Is responsible for understanding the promised service to the client (s)
Is responsible for diligently following all the agreed processes and procedures and without any requirement for follow up from the reporting manager.
Is responsible for attending all training programs assigned, participate in periodic team meetings, feedback sessions and to seek clarifications where the process or deliverables are unclear.
Has to be able to manage the team and client independently.
Is responsible to ensure that attendance is regular, and absences are planned.
The CSE should have at least 12 months of experience in endtoend any inhouse Payroll Processing (not via. In Country Partner)

Personal Characteristics:

Should have good written and spoken English.
Motivated, selfstarter individual with a high level of integrity, intensity, and activity with a cando attitude.
Disciplined processoriented work style
Able to work effectively under pressure
Ability to work independently in a team
Should be able to interrelate international tax laws once training is provided

We are a small but growing team.

This does need to be a hands on and detailed and action orientated Process Leader who will immerse themselves fully with the delivery teams, quickly assimilate the requirements and drive positive outcomes.
