Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant legislation
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and other sectoral regulators
Prepare, conduct, and finalize Board Meetings and General Meetings, including drafting accurate meeting minutes
Assist and advise the Board on corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices
Develop and maintain a robust statutory compliance mechanism, including the preparation of a compliance manual and tracker
Provide periodic updates and advice to the Management and Board regarding compliance matters
Collaborate with the finance and business teams to handle compliancerelated issues and regulatory scrutiny effectively
Oversee the timely filing of required forms, reports, and documents under various applicable laws

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification
CS
Minimum 5+ years of experience in compliance management, NBFC experience will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work, ensuring accuracy and completeness in compliance activities
Should have the ability to provide the required leadership to his/her team to achieve corporate goals
Indepth understanding of corporate governance principles and practices
Demonstrates integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Diplomatic and confident in providing support to management staff and board members
