Roles and Responsibilities
-
IT BACKGROUND/IT PROFILES WILL NOT PREFERRED:

  • English Communication is Must
  • Tender Executive/ Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
  • Identifying appropriate associates/ partners and form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities, preparation of bid fee estimation for each consortium.
  • Gathering information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure projects, Water Sector, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros), Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
  • Tender preparation as per technocommercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Prebid meeting.
  • Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, followup with client/partners till bid submission,
  • For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Followup with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail.
  • Excellent presentation preparing skill & communication skill.
  • Formulate new ideas and strategies for generating more business opportunities.
  • Good negotiation Skills
English Communication is Must

B. Tech in Civil Engineering

Should be from similar industry.

Experience required 2 Years - 4 Years
