- Perform diversified duties in the reception area mainly consisting into:
- Managing the reception & Lobby area, Advising and providing assistance to visitors
- Orienting and connecting people, promoting the company's image.
Purpose
- Report to the Soft Service Manager / Facility Manager
- Collaborate with other members of the staff, as required
- Physically welcome outsiders as well as people form the organization.
- Advice and assist.
- Orient and put in contact.
- Receive, collect and transfer objects as well as messages.
- Identify, control and register.
- Circulate the image of the organization
- Assure a logistic permanence (reception of objects, make arrangements for taxi, hotel bookings, etc.).
- Setting up of reports with all visitors data coming from the software used for the Client for controlling, transparency and information purposes.
- Maintain the reception area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations.
- Respond to emergency callin situations. Take care of the allocated reception space.
- Cooperate with members of the department and facility on all emergency conditions regarding internal customers, visitor and staff safety.
- Report any complications on specific jobs or equipment. Consult Reporting Manager if unsure of action to take.
- Manage of meeting rooms, parking places, nonidentified courier, travelarrangements (required by the Client).
- Have necessary stock and tools in order to be able to perform their duties.
- Attend all scheduled staff training and safety meetings. Participate in all scheduled meetings.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Keep a clean, safe work area. Abide by all relevant facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility.
Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
