What is the Supervisor - Corporate Accounting in Corporate Reporting India team responsible for?- Preparation of financials of corporate entities, Financial reporting, Audits, Scrutiny/ review of accounts to ensure the financial records of the business operations are properly maintained in accordance with GAAP, any local regulatory and statutory requirements, local and global policies and internal control standards.


What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Supervisor - Corporate Accounting?- Preparation of Financial Statements for statutory/ tax audit- Carrying out audit functions and preparation of various schedules as per audit requirement.- Conducting variance analysis and following procedures for closure of books- Establish and maintain appropriate procedures and policies ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures and other legal requirements.- Ensure that corporate financial policies are rigorously implemented while not impinging on operational flexibility and capacity to execute efficiently.- Liasoning with statutory auditors, banks and other functions- Manage ad-hoc projects/ MIS as required by the senior management.- Assist in resolving complex accounting/ financial issues as they arise and make recommendations for associated business decisions and implement as required- Ensure compliances with regulatory requirements and reporting within due dates- Support the US group in regulatory filings- Track investments, including regulatory seed investment, made by the Company- Ensuring compliance with capital adequacy and networth requirements- Adherence to risk framework- Assist in tax related compliances.


What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?- CA with post qualification experience of about 5-6 years / CA inter or MBA finance with experience of atleast about 7-8 years.

- Preferably from Mutual Fund industry

Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
