Job Summary

  • To Handle the Front Desk Operations including Billing, Appointments, Welcoming Guests etc
  • Maintaining relations with the clients by extending a warm welcome, addressing their queries referring them to the appropriate person.
  • Revenue generation from Healthy Product Sales in the clinic shopee.
  • To handle the front desk operations such as call transferring, welcoming guests, guiding guests, billing, system data feeding, appointment assistance etc.
  • Maintain and update records related to Prettislim clients, their appointments, bills etc.
  • Good listener & a quick learner.
  • Good English Communication, knowledge of Computers & Sales skills.
  • Multi tasking ,Punctual, precise & proactive.
Weekly off on weekdays
