EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Associate for Regulatory Compliance in Legal function. You will be involved in day-to-day operations management.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:


Primarily focused on:


  • Manages organization and implementation of compliance audits

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the organizational and business processes comply with government regulations.
  • Identification of Compliances for virtual assets under different laws.
  • Researching applicable laws of other countries and identifying compliance thereunder.
  • Review of statutory records
  • Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program

Bringing in the below experience:


  • 12 Years in a Corporate/LPO in Compliance Role.
  • Law Graduate.

Technically sound in:


  • Strong computer skills (proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word required)
