Job Title:
Leasing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field mapping and research to identify potential leasing opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the leasing process
  • Conduct property visits and tours with potential clients
  • Assist clients in the selection of suitable properties based on their requirements and budget
  • Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with landlords and property owners
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, and client information
  • Utilize technology and software tools to manage and track leads, listings, and other leasingrelated activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in leasing or real estate industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in using CRM and leasing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
