Inbound/Outbound Sales Executive:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer/Retailer base through telecalling.
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit and payment services to Retailer base.
- Maintain MIS in system and publish to other stakeholders.
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the mind of consumers.
- Daily task to include 100 tele calling to ensure
- Lead sourcing for payment business
- AEPS/BBPS/MATM
- Customer Loan Requests and retailer onboarding
- Complete Customer loan Application and onboarding
- Ensure retailer income through transactions.
- Customer engagement
- Cross sell insurance solutions
Skills required
- At least 12 years' tele calling experience in Fintech/Payments/ financial solutions/ distribution/Collection/Credit cards/call center/lending etc. will be given preference.
- Good communications and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English;
- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel.
