Description

We are looking IOT Solution Architect.

Location - Padi, Chennai,

Direct and Permanent role.

Qualification:
M.E/BE/B.Tech in Mechatronics / Instrumentation / ECE / Mechanical

Experience:
5-10years with hands on experience on working at least one plant implementation over MES/IOT/ Scada

Skills Required:

Define, design, develop and support architecture by collaborating with business stakeholders efficiently
Should have strong understanding of automation landscape in order to make Machine study and assessment of protocols available
Liaison with Plant maintenance in identifying machine, understand OT readiness of machine in terms of data capture and work out solution to aggregate the data
Should be well versed with OPC UA DA, Modbus and other PLC communications (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff etc.). Should be able to do program changes where ever required and also work out OEM options for data connections
Expertise in selection and commissioning of Sensors and field level devices
Expertise in analytics / ML programming tools like Python, NodeJS, NoSQL will be an added advantage.
Identify performance bottlenecks of existing solution and fix.
Provide detailed accurate estimates for budgeting.
Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artefacts, work products and presentations
Planning and monitoring of project deliverables
Must have very strong communication skills and clear understanding of User requirements
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with Vendors.
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Knowledge of analytics/ ML
