REPORTING TO :
Corporate Networking Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help placement team identify recruiters in line with criteria specified and find out key contact person details.
Administer and provide assistance to all placement reports.
Manage and evaluate all student's progress with respect to placements
Prepare all placements related data for team members
To determine all placement related requirements and to exchange all information appropriately.
Help Placement team to organize Guest lectures, Field Visits, New company enrolments, etc.
Help team to align the interviews for the aspirant.
Handle backend work like maintaining data of aspirants etc.
Coordinate with vendor for post placement support and analysis. Handle call audits of calling done on retention related data

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Any graduate.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :
Must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

AGE :23-35 years

WORK SKILLS

Must be proficient with Excel. Experience into placements (preferred).
Fluency in English communication.

Good people and process management skills. Communication in local language.

ATTRIBUTES :
Organized, team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving attitude.
