Responsibilities:
- Should perform assigned tasks and complete targets with speed & accuracy.
- Ability to work well with team members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or upset customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good at Customer interaction and listening skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should flexible enough to work night shift for 9:30 hours.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
