Role Description

Looking for an Assistant Chef to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes preparing meals, managing food inventory, and ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized.

  • Following the orders from the head chef.
  • Should follow all recipes as per the guideline and master the recipe.
  • Making sure that the kitchen equipments are cleaned and in proper working condition.
  • Taking dry grocery stock every 15 days.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should be willing to expand his/her knowledge by creating new recipes and the s as guided.
  • Should be a team player and guide the staff below him in the proper direction as per the company's rules and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications (preferred)

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
