Department Overview
Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company, maintains, and enhances risk and financial controls.

The Controller's Division is responsible for the accuracy of the Company's financial statements, establishing corporate accounting policies, preparing SEC and regulatory reports and ensuring the adequacy of internal controls.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues
  • Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
  • Adhere to data governance standards and procedures
  • Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data

Essential Qualifications:


  • BE/B. Tech/BS/BA or higher in Computer Technology or Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business
  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following:, reporting, financial modeling, capital markets, finance, or accounting; Strong analytical skills and Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience and Data Management
  • Strong experience in US Regulatory Reporting and Knowledge on FFIEC 031, FRY 9C Call reports and SEC reports.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Strong
    Axiom Knowledge.
  • Good to have exposure on Automation tools preferably
    Alteryx and Workflow process
  • Good to have experience on Reporting tools like
    Power BI:
  • Ability to lead and mentor peer Consultants/Associates.
