We are looking forward for a SQL database administrator with
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing multiple SQL servers, Database Performance, Maintenance and Development.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install and configure new Microsoft SQL Server instances, including Always On availability groups and failover clustering.
  • Check all statistics related to memory, locks, I/O, database response time, wait events, top sessions, and background processes
  • Create indexes to achieve critical dataset response time for time sensitive reports.
  • Develop documentation and training of routine database administration tasks.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

  • Knowledge in Database concepts, MS SQL server architecture and replication.
  • Database management for export, import and mass data loads, including backups, recovery, and maintenance.
  • Monitoring and resolving data lock/blocking issues.
  • Experience in linked servers.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of MS SQL servers.
  • DBCC commands knowledge.
  • T-SQL Programming Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft SQL Server DBA
  • Microsoft Azure
  • SSIS / SSAS / SSRS /Power BI
  • Data Warehousing
Job Location

  • KOCHI, Kerala
**Salary

  • 6 to 8 LPA**
    Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • SQL: 5 years (preferred)
